Coronavirus (Covid -19) Policy and Procedures

- On the day of the appointment we will contact the client by phone to confirm if they or any occupants are self-isolating or displaying any symptoms of covid-19 and/ or received a positive diagnose if this is the case the appointment will be re-arranged for a minimum of 14 days.
- Has anybody currently being identified as most at risk such as underlying health issues, appointment to be re- arranged subject to government advice.
- Safe distance will be maintained throughout (2 meters) when attending the property and when in same room.
Surveys
Will be conducted outside, any queries will be discussed with client maintaining a safe distance or by phone.
Installation
Fitters will generally not need access to the property but if so will maintain safe distance from customer.
